Mitchell Trubisky completed 23-of-30 passes for 355 yards with three touchdowns while adding 18 yards and another touchdown on three carries Sunday in Chicago’s Week 10 win over the Lions.
He was sacked once for a seven-yard loss. The Lions had no answer for Trubisky, who rolled to a perfect 158.3 quarterback rating in the first half. He got off to a scorching start, beginning the afternoon with seven straight completions. Two of his three touchdown throws went to Allen Robinson, who went bonkers in his return from a groin injury. Trubisky also had success throwing to rookie Anthony Miller, who filled up the stat sheet with a career-high 122 yards on five catches including a 45-yard touchdown early in the second quarter. Believe it or not, this was Trubisky’s first career win over a divisional opponent. The surging Bears will take a three-game winning streak into next week’s Sunday night showdown against the Vikings. You can catch that game on NBC. Nov 11 - 4:38 PM
