Thomas Greiss was pulled after giving up three goals on 17 shots in Friday's 6-3 win over the Ottawa Senators.

Greiss can't be blamed on the opening goal to Mark Stone. Matt Duchene then beat Greiss on a power play before Cody Ceci ended the German's night with a goal high and short side. The Islanders escaped the second frame down a goal and used a four-goal third period to get the win. Greiss' record will remain at 12-7-1 but he now owns a 2.62 goals-against-average and a .917 save percentage.
