Marco Belinelli scored 17 points in his Sixers debut on Wednesday, making 7-of-12 field goals in 28 minutes off the bench.
Belinelli hit three 3-pointers and his teammates kept feeding him the ball once he got hot, but he added just one rebound without any assists, steals or blocks. He was a solid pickup in reality for Philly as they fight for playoff position, but Belinelli's fantasy value is limited to 3-point shooting and scoring, especially while J.J. Redick is healthy. Date:

Marco Belinelli is expected to make his 76ers' debut on Wednesday vs. the Heat.

Belinelli was available to play on Monday, but didn't actually get out there, but Brett Brown said he'll throw him into the rotation with Justin Anderson (ankle) unavailable. He'll have a limited role in Philly and isn't worth using in most leagues.
Feb 14 - 5:30 PM

Marco Belinelli has signed with the 76ers and is available for Monday's game vs. the Knicks.

Coach Brett Brown said he probably won't play Belinelli tonight and said Wednesday's game vs. Miami is more likely. He won't have much fantasy value in Philly, but will give their second unit a scoring punch and another player who can handle the ball.
Feb 12 - 5:31 PM

Marco Belinelli could make his debut for the 76ers on Monday vs. the Knicks.

He will sign his paperwork a couple hours before tip-off and it's just a matter of whether or not they can get it done in time. Belinelli will be a solid addition to Philly's second unit, but it will be interesting to see who takes minutes away from. He's not a fantasy pickup for now.
Feb 12 - 11:47 AM

Marco Belinelli plans to sign with the 76ers once he clears waivers, according to Shams Charania of Yahoo! Sports.

More people are trusting the process these days and they'll add another great shooter in Belinelli. He will be coming off the bench and should find himself getting minutes close to 20. It'll be interesting to see if he takes minutes from guys like T.J. McConnell or maybe a struggling Robert Covington. Belinelli isn't worth adding in most leagues.
Feb 10 - 10:10 PM

Marco Belinelli has been officially waived by the Hawks.

Assuming he clears waivers, Belinelli will be a free agent and can sign with any team he wants. ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski said the Thunder, Spurs and 76ers tried to obtain him at the deadline and they do have a roster spot, so they are the likely landing spots for the sharpshooter. He wouldn't have much value on those teams, though. Tyler Dorsey gets a bump with this news.
Feb 9 - 5:56 PM

Marco Belinelli is finalizing a buyout agreement with the Atlanta Hawks, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.com.

No surprise here as the Hawks sat Belinelli out for the last game before the deadline. Belinelli is going to wind up on a contending team and his minutes will likely be dropping. On the other hand, Tyler Dorsey has basically stepped into Belinelli's role and should play in the upper 20s. He's worth a look in deep leagues.
Feb 9 - 3:19 PM

Marco Belinelli, who was held out of Tuesday's game due to a potential trade, is still with the Hawks after the NBA Trade Deadline ended at 3 p.m. on Thursday.

He's still a buyout candidate as Atlanta is going young and rebuilding, but for now, Bello is still a Hawk. He will join the team for Friday.
Feb 8 - 3:11 PM

Marco Belinelli is being held out of Tuesday's game vs. Memphis due to ongoing trade talks.

He's very likely to be moved before the Feb. 8 deadline and has probably played his last game with the Hawks. We learned a while ago that Atlanta was seeking a second-round pick in return, a reasonable price since he has a relatively cheap expiring contract. He'll likely be moved to a contender, meaning his fantasy value will take a hit. Expect heavy workloads from Taurean Prince and Kent Bazmore tonight and maybe more two-PG lineups.
Feb 6 - 7:17 PM

Marco Belinelli scored 22 points with three rebounds, one steal and four 3-pointers in 25 minutes agains the Hornets on Wednesday.

He kept the Hawks in it, but it doesn't sound like that will happen for long. Sam Amick of USA Today mentioned Belinelli with a handful of obvious trade candidates, and also Adrian Wojnarowski said the Hawks are "open for business" in trades. It's really tough to count on Belinelli in the short term, especially with three players getting pulled from action for potential trades tonight.
Jan 31 - 10:19 PM

Marco Belinelli came off the bench for eight points, four assists, three rebounds, one steal and one 3-pointer in 24 minutes on Wednesday.

Belinelli was on the injury report again with a left ankle sprain, but he was never in danger of sitting out. It wouldn't be a surprise if he's still 'probable' for Saturday's game vs. Chicago, but owners can confidently leave him plugged into active lineups.
Jan 17 - 11:23 PM

Marco Belinelli (ankle) is available to play against the Pelicans on Wednesday.

He was never really in doubt, so expect Belinelli to play minutes in the 20s. He could be looking at more shots in the second half, especially if the Hawks falls behind.
Jan 17 - 6:10 PM

Marco Belinelli (ankle), Dewayne Dedmon (leg), Taurean Prince (finger) and Mike Muscala (ankle) are probable to play Wednesday vs. the Pelicans.

None of these guys are in any danger of sitting out Wednesday's game. Maybe in another few weeks the Hawks will stop listing them as probable.

Marco Belinelli (left ankle sprain) is available on Monday vs. the Spurs.

His playing time has been on the decline, as he averaged 17.6 minutes in his previous four games. He's also on the trade block with the Hawks looking for a second-round pick in return. He's a low-end asset that is only worth owning in deeper formats.
Jan 15 - 1:34 PM

Marco Belinelli (left ankle sprain) is expected to play on Monday vs. the Spurs.

He missed his first game of the season on Friday vs. the Nets, but the injury was minor and he's had a couple days off to rest. He averaged 17.6 minutes over Atlanta's last four games, so he's safe to leave on the wire.
