Mariners signed INF Rey Navarro to a minor-league contract with an invitation to spring training.
Navarro has spent the last two seasons with the Angels, but hasn't played in the majors since 2015 when he was with the Orioles. He'll have a chance to win a utility job with Seattle if he performs well in spring training, although a ticket to Triple-A Tacoma as infield depth is more likely. Jan 17 - 5:05 PM
