Aleksander Barkov scored two goals on Tuesday night as the Florida Panthers defeated the Vancouver Canucks 3-1.

Barkov scored the second and third goal for his team, his 17th and 18th on the season to assure the win for the Panthers. He now has 18 goals and 47 points in 50 games this season. He has scored in back-to-back games and has shown great offensive upside to go with his two-way game.

Sebastian Aho scored a goal and an assist in Monday's 3-2 overtime win over the Chicago Blackhawks.

The Hurricanes found themselves down 2-0 in the second period, but that's when Aho helped set up a power-play goal by Teuvo Teravainen. Micheal Ferland then added a goal on the man-advantage just over one minute later to tie the game at two. Aho then added the game-winner at the 1:16 mark of overtime to give his team the win. Aho finished the night with a plus-1 rating, five shots on goal and three hits in 16:26 of ice time. The 21-year-old has accumulated five points in his last three games, and five goals and 22 points in 18 games this season. He's a must-start in all fantasy formats.
Nov 12 - 10:12 PM

Brett Howden found the back of the net during Monday's 2-1 win over the Vancouver Canucks.

With the score tied at one in the third frame, Howden managed to whip a shot past Canucks goalie Jacob Markstrom. Howden finished the night with a plus-1 rating and two shots on goal and one takeaway in 16:59 of ice time. The 20-year-old is putting together a strong rookie season, as he's already accumulated four goals and 10 points in 17 contests. Howden isn't worth owning in standard fantasy leagues, but he definitely has a bright future ahead of him. Filip Chytil also scored for the Rangers in the win.
Nov 12 - 9:57 PM

Ondrej Kase (concussion) will suit up in Monday's game against the Nashville Predators.

Kase missed the first 18 games of the season, but he'll make his regular-season debut tonight. He'll skate on a line with Adam Henrique and Nick Ritchie. Kase had 20 goals and 38 points in 66 games last season.
Nov 12 - 9:47 PM

Patrick Eaves (upper body) won't play in Monday's game against the Nashville Predators.

The Ducks made the announcement via their Twitter account right before the pre-game warmup. Eaves is considered day-to-day at this point, and it's unclear if this injury is connected to the shoulder injury that forced him to miss the first 13 games of the season.
Nov 12 - 9:34 PM

Brett Ritchie (upper body) appears ready to return on Monday night against the Columbus Blue Jackets.

Ritchie hit the ice for warmups and is in the official roster report provided by the NHL. He missed the last four games.

Nov 12 - 8:08 PM

Mats Zuccarello is not on the ice for warmups and is not expected to play vs. the Vancouver Canucks.

This will mark the third straight game that Zuccarello misses. His 10 points in 15 games will be missed in New York's lineup.
Nov 12 - 6:45 PM

Brandon Saad (arm) is not expected to play on Monday night against the Carolina Hurricanes.

This will mark the second straight game that Saad misses. He has four goals and eight points in 16 games this season.
Nov 12 - 6:38 PM

Viktor Arvidsson is on the injured reserve list with an upper-body issue.

Arvidsson sustained the injury during Saturday's game. He was slashed by Esa Lindell and subsequently crashed into the boards. With him on the injured reserve list, he's going to miss at least the next three games. It's terrible luck given that he was making his return from a lower-body injury on Saturday.
Nov 12 - 3:10 PM

Jack Campbell has a meniscus tear in his knee and needs surgery.

Campbell is expected to miss the next four-to-six weeks as a result. The timing couldn't be worse for the Kings given that Jonathan Quick is also sidelined with a knee injury. Campbell suffered the injury during Saturday's contest.
Nov 12 - 1:24 PM

Anton Khudobin will probably start for Dallas on Monday.

Khudobin was the first goaltender off the ice following the morning skate, which is usually a good indicator of who will start. He has a 2.37 GAA and .926 save percentage in five games this season.
Nov 12 - 1:01 PM

Alexander Radulov (lower body) will indeed make his return on Monday.

Radulov was already projected to return, but now it's been confirmed. He's only played one game since Oct. 16, but got off to a great start this season. He's scored five goals and 11 points in seven contests.
