GM John Chayka has announced that the plan is to eventually return forward Max Domi to the wing.

Domi recently began playing center for the Coyotes, the first time he has played in that position since he was 16. It's now 16 games he has served as the second line center, picking up just four points, with two of them coming in his last 13 games. In order to return fantasy value, it looks like Domi will need to find himself back on the wing sooner rather than later. His linemates are currently Zac Rinaldo and Christian Fischer.

Los Angeles has traded Tanner Pearson to Pittsburgh in exchange for Carl Hagelin.

Pearson has struggled this season with one assist in 17 games, but could get a chance to play with either Sidney Crosby or Evgeni Malkin. That should provide him with a significant fantasy boost. He is worth keeping an eye on now. Pearson displayed some promise in 2016-17 when he scored 24 goals and recorded 44 points in 80 contests.
Nov 14 - 12:11 PM

It looks like van Riemsdyk will be ready to play Thursday. He took part in power-play drills during the session as the net-front presence on the top unit. JVR may play with Jordan Weal and Wayne Simmonds at even strength.
Nov 14 - 11:59 AM

Joe Thornton posted his 400th career goal in the third period of Tuesday's 5-4 victory against the Nashville Predators and it stood up as the game-winning tally.

"I don't care who I play with, I just want to play and enjoy it and have fun. That's what you saw tonight," Thornton said. "That was the purest form of hockey you can have. It was just a bunch of kids playing hockey." He continues to be a tremendous must-start fantasy option even at 39.

Jimmy Howard stopped 24 of 25 shots in Tuesday’s 6-1 loss to the Arizona Coyotes.

Howard looked like he was headed for his first shutout of the season before Lawson Crouse beat him with a hard wrister midway through the final frame. It’s a goal Howard would probably like to have back. The veteran netminder will see his record improve to 6-5-2 with a 2.69 goals-against-average and a .920 save percentage. Don’t look now but the 34-year-old goaltender has won five straight games, giving him some fantasy appeal as we move forward.
