Bills coach Sean McDermott said Josh Allen (elbow) is "progressing well."

Allen will get in another limited practice Friday, suggesting he is on track to play, but McDermott stopped short of saying the rookie will start. Derek Anderson (concussion) has already been ruled out, so Nathan Peterman will get the nod if Allen cannot play.

Texans activated RB D'Onta Foreman (Achilles) from the PUP list.

It opens a 21-day window for Foreman's return to the active roster. Foreman is a full year removed from his torn Achilles but coach Bill O'Brien suggested his conditioning is an issue. The Texans will get him some practice reps, but it's going to be a stretch for Foreman to play Sunday. Foreman will regain his role as the No. 2 back over Alfed Blue whenever he's cleared.

The Athletic's Jeff Zrebiec reports the Ravens have "continually mentioned" Robert Griffin III as a candidate to start this week.

This isn't the first time we've seen Griffin as an option over Lamar Jackson if Joe Flacco (hip) sits. Griffin outplayed Jackson in the preseason, but Jackson has been active as the No. 2 quarterback for his role in Baltimore's dual-QB packages. The expectation has been that Jackson would get the start, but this is a situation worth monitoring.

Randall Cobb (hamstring) is out for Week 11 against the Seahawks.

Cobb wasn't healthy enough to even travel with the team. He'll miss his second straight game after his latest hamstring setback. Cobb's absence upgrades Davante Adams, Marquez Valdes-Scantling, and Jimmy Graham's target share.
Nov 14 - 10:02 AM

Saints LT Terron Armstead (shoulder) is expected to miss 3-4 weeks.

Armstead injured his shoulder/pec in Sunday's blowout of the Bengals. It's a huge hit to the Saints offensive line, leaving Jermon Bushrod to protect Drew Brees' blindside. Armstead won't return until Week 13 at the earliest.
Nov 14 - 8:50 AM

Jimmy Graham (knee) remained sidelined at Tuesday's practice.

He's been missing practices the last couple weeks but continues to play through whatever is ailing him and should be out there Thursday night against Seattle. Graham had a stinker last week against Miami, catching his only target for 14 yards. Against his former Seahawks teammates, Graham will be a TE1.
Nov 13 - 9:31 PM

Coach Kyle Shanahan said Nick Mullens will continue to be the 49ers' starting quarterback until he says otherwise.

That means Mullens will be the starter coming out of the 49ers' Week 11 bye when they visit Tampa Bay. The second-year UDFA took advantage of the tanking Raiders in his debut two weeks ago, and he played well enough on Monday to keep the job over C.J. Beathard. In total, Mullens has completed 70% of his passes for 512 yards with four touchdowns and two interceptions.

ESPN's Jenna Laine reports Bucs WLB Lavonte David is dealing with a sprained MCL and "could miss some time."

David actually played through the injury against the Redskins but now that the adrenaline has worn off, he is uncertain. With their season already down in flames, the Bucs do not need to needlessly risk 28-year-old David's health.

Randall Cobb (hamstring) remained sidelined on Tuesday.

Cobb reportedly won't make the trip to Seattle, meaning he will miss his second-straight game Thursday after suffering a setback last Thursday. Equanimeous St. Brown is the Packers' fill-in No. 3 receiver behind Davante Adams and Marquez Valdes-Scantling.
Nov 13 - 5:22 PM

Monday's Rams/Chiefs game has been moved from Mexico City back to Los Angeles due to poor field conditions at Azteca Stadium.

It's surprising but absolutely the right call based on pictures and videos circulating on social media. ESPN's Adam Schefter reported earlier Tuesday that some players were considering boycotting the game they were so concerned. Although moving the game was the right thing to do, it's an utter fiasco for the NFL, which continues to be confoundingly bad at ensuring neutral-site fields are in proper condition. The move has zero ramifications for fantasy.
Nov 13 - 4:46 PM

Cardinals placed RG Justin Pugh on injured reserve with a left knee injury, ending his season.

It ends an injury-plagued first year in Arizona for the former Giant. Pugh missed two earlier games with a hand injury. The No. 19 overall pick of the 2013 draft will head into 2019 having not appeared in 16 games since his rookie season. He has averaged nine appearances since 2016. Pugh is set to make $5 million in 2019. He had been ineffective before going down. Pugh's backup is Jeremy Vujnovich.
Nov 13 - 4:36 PM

Patriots activated CB Duke Dawson (hamstring) from injured reserve.

Dawson's activation comes two weeks after the Pats placed Eric Rowe on injured reserve. The No. 56 overall pick of the draft, Dawson could see immediate snaps in the slot, where Jonathan Jones has been a bit of a liability.
