Ben Roethlisberger (elbow) is questionable for Week 2 against Kansas City.

Roethlisberger got in a full practice Friday, a sign he'll be out there after the Steelers managed his reps this week. Coming off a rough season opener, Roethlisberger is in a rebound spot against a Chiefs defense that allowed 400-plus yards to Philip Rivers. He's behind only Drew Brees in our Week 2 rankings.

Eric Berry (heel) did not practice Thursday.

Sep 20 - 12:55 PM

Lions CB Darius Slay (concussion) did not practice Thursday.

Sep 20 - 12:48 PM

Jadeveon Clowney (back) says he "will play" this week.

Clowney was limited on Wednesday after being inactive Week 2. "It means a lot to me to be out there with my teammates," Clowney said. The defender should be available as the Texans look for their first win at home against the Giants on Sunday.
Sep 20 - 12:44 PM

LeSean McCoy (ribs) is practicing in a non-contact jersey Thursday.

He got in a limited practice in the non-contact jersey on Wednesday, and it looks like he is headed for a similar designation today. Two practices in a row suggest he will be ready to face the Vikings, but his availability remains up in the air. Even if he is active, McCoy will be no better than a FLEX play in a terrible matchup.
Sep 20 - 12:10 PM

Bucs CB Brent Grimes (groin) expects to play Monday night against the Steelers.

Grimes missed the first two games, but he plans to practice Thursday and be active on Monday night. It is good news for a secondary which has given up the fifth-most points to quarterbacks through two weeks.
Sep 20 - 12:08 PM

Giovani Bernard (knee) is practicing Thursday.

It is possible he is limited again, but two practices in a row to start the week is a great sign for his availability. Bernard might not be as much of a workhorse this season with Mark Walton behind him on the depth chart, but he still should serve as the clear lead while Joe Mixon (knee) is sidelined. He is a fine RB2 play this week.
Sep 20 - 11:46 AM

DeVante Parker (finger) is practicing on Thursday.

According to the Palm Beach Post's Joe Schad, Parker looks more comfortable catching the ball this week. Perhaps that means he will be active, but it is difficult to believe he will have a large target share in a crowded receiver room. Parker is not even an exciting bench stash in standard-sized leagues.
Sep 20 - 11:40 AM

Aaron Rodgers (knee) will not practice Thursday.

Rodgers followed the same script last week before getting in some work on Saturday and playing against the Vikings. It would be a surprise if that does not happen again this week. He should be in fantasy lineups against Washington on Sunday.

Leonard Fournette (hamstring) is expected to practice Thursday.

He will likely be limited again, but two practices in a row is a great sign for his availability. It would be surprising if Fournette is not active against the Titans on Sunday.
Sep 20 - 10:04 AM

T.J. Yeldon (ankle) is expected to practice Thursday.

Yeldon sat out Wednesday's session, but the quick return suggests he is dealing with a minor injury. He appears on track to play, but he will not be a fantasy option with Leonard Fournette (hamstring) expected back.
Sep 20 - 10:03 AM

Saints coach Sean Payton said Cameron Meredith could be active this week.

After missing time during camp, Meredith was a healthy scratch the first two weeks of the season. Payton said New Orleans will see if they can get him in the game plan this week. It is not a ringing endorsement, and Meredith obviously should not be in any fantasy lineups. Still, it is a step in the correct direction.
