Arizona Sports' Mike Jurecki reports ex-Steelers OC Todd Haley is interested in the Cardinals' offensive-coordinator job.

Haley, of course, was the Cardinals' OC in 2007 and 2008 and went to the Super Bowl with Kurt Warner and Larry Fitzgerald before landing the Chiefs' head coach job in 2009. Haley still has a home in the area, but the Cardinals don't currently have a head coach. Some have mentioned Haley as an option for Arizona's head gig, but that looks like a serious long shot. Haley reportedly has a "few options" on the table but is "going to wait for the right opportunity."

Stefon Diggs caught 8-of-14 targets for 33 yards in the Vikings' Week 7 win over the Jets.

Adam Thielen hung a 9-110-1 day up on 10 targets while Diggs struggled in Morris Claiborne's coverage much of the afternoon. Diggs was getting targets close to the line of scrimmage and had trouble getting anything after the catch. The 14 targets were his second-most of the season. Diggs will look to get back on track next week in a home game against the Saints. The last time he saw them, in the playoffs, Diggs became a legend with the Minnesota Miracle.

Josh Gordon hauled in 4-of-7 targets for 100 yards in the Patriots' Week 7 win over the Bears.

The Patriots mostly focused on the short passing game early, but Gordon made his presence known with a great 20-yard catch in traffic on the final play of the first quarter. He dropped his second target on a low pass he probably should have worked back to, but he quickly made up for it by going high over a corner for a spectacular catch on fourth down. He was not able to repeat the feat on what would have been an impressive third-down catch in the third quarter, but he again made up for it with a 55-yard catch-and-run which ended just short of the goal line. The Patriots scored two plays later. Gordon now has 16 targets over the last two games, and while Rob Gronkowski is expected to return next week, it looks like he will have a big role moving forward. That makes him an upside WR3 next week in Buffalo.

James White rushed 11 times for 40 yards and hauled in 8-of-10 targets for 57 yards and two touchdowns in the Patriots' Week 7 win over the Bears.

Already being heavily utilized, it did not seem like White had much room to grow in this offense, but that changed when Sony Michel exited with a knee injury in the second quarter. Kenjon Barner mixed in, but White was the primary back the rest of the way. He parlayed that role into yet another receiving touchdown in the second quarter, cooking an overmatched Leonard Floyd to get wide open near the goal line, and he found the end zone again in the fourth quarter on a jet flip in which he beat the defense to the corner. He now has six receiving scores on the season. Most impressively, he was able to grind out two first downs to help kill the clock in the fourth quarter. With Michel looking likely to miss some time, White could return RB1 value the next several weeks.

The Miami Herald confirms Albert Wilson is dealing with a hip injury.

Wilson was previously listed with a leg injury. He'll undergo an MRI to determine the severity, but with Miami playing on Thursday night, he's likely out this week. The Dolphins may be forced to hold on to DeVante Parker if Wilson misses extended time.
Oct 21 - 4:55 PM

Latavius Murray rushed 15 times for 69 yards and two touchdowns in the Vikings' Week 7 win over the Jets.

He added two catches for 14 yards on a pair of targets. Murray's first score was an 11-yard scamper up the middle, and the second was an untouched run through the left side from 38 yards away. With Dalvin Cook still struggling to get healthy, Murray has emerged as a strong RB2 with reliable workloads. If Cook sits again, Murray will again be in play Week 8 against the Saints.
Oct 21 - 4:52 PM

Keke Coutee (hamstring) doesn't expect to play in Week 8 against Miami.

Coutee had a setback with his hamstring Sunday. It shouldn't keep him out the three games it cost him earlier this year, but he's not going to be ready with the Texans playing on a short week. The Texans will go with Vyncint Smith in three-wide sets with Coutee out.
Oct 21 - 4:50 PM

Sam Darnold completed just 17-of-42 passes for 206 yards, one touchdown, and three interceptions in the Jets' 37-17, Week 7 loss to the Vikings.

Darnold was horrible with one of the worst quarterback performances of the season. He missed open receivers, overthrew Robby Anderson on a potential 81-yard touchdown, and was also hurt by a couple drops. The interceptions were a pass thrown right to CB Holton Hill, another tipped by Xavier Rhodes to Harrison Smith, and a drop-turned-INT by Charone Peake to Trae Waynes. Darnold was able to score a one-yard rushing touchdown to boost his stats, but his 40.5% completion rate is ugly. Darnold will be harassed next week in Chicago.
Oct 21 - 4:45 PM

Deshaun Watson completed 12-of-24 passes for 139 yards and a touchdown and rushed seven times for 13 yards in the Texans’ Week 7 win over the Jaguars.

"He’s playing hurt," coach Bill O’Brien conceded after the game. Watson is believed to be dealing with lung and ribs injuries, which are why he’s been listed with a "chest" ailment on weekly injury reports. The Texans committed to their rushing attack in Sunday’s victory rather than leaning on Watson to drop back to pass against Jacksonville’s talented-if-underachieving front. Watson now has a quick turnaround in Week 8 against the Dolphins on Thursday Night Football. Due to the injuries, Watson has become an increasingly risky fantasy bet coming off consecutive sub-par box-score games.
Oct 21 - 4:39 PM

Jermaine Kearse failed to catch either of his two targets in the Jets' 37-17, Week 7 loss to the Vikings.

Sam Darnold was horrendous in this one, throwing three interceptions, and completing just 40.5% of his passes, doing a lot of work on the final meaningless possession with dump-offs to Trenton Cannon out of the backfield. Kearse was a hot name in fantasy this week after he caught 9-of-10 targets for 94 yards against the Colts last week. He was expected to play a major role with Quincy Enunwa (ankle) and Terrelle Pryor (groin) both out. He wasn't targeted in the second half and had no chance on his two first-half ones. Kearse will be tough to get behind next week on the road in Chicago.
Oct 21 - 4:38 PM

Adam Thielen caught 9-of-10 targets for 110 yards and one touchdown in the Vikings' 37-17, Week 7 win over the Jets.

Thielen got the scoring started with a 34-yard touchdown on the opening drive, beating backup-turned-starter CB Darryl Roberts as he was falling away in the end zone. With his seventh-straight 100-yard game to open the season, Thielen has set a new record. Thielen is an obvious elite WR1 and will be involved in a potential shootout next week at home against the Saints.
Oct 21 - 4:34 PM

Mitchell Trubisky completed 26-of-50 attempts for 333 yards, two touchdowns, and two interceptions in the Bears' Week 7 loss to the Patriots, adding 81 yards and a touchdown on six carries.

Trubisky was just 8-for-20 in the first half, but he also made important plays in big spots including a Hail Mary which fell just inches short on the final play. He converted two third downs early in the game on scrambles, and he did even better on the third drive, making the Patriots pay for a fumble on a spectacular "eight-yard" touchdown scramble in which he escaped several defenders in the backfield. He continued to hurt the Patriots with his legs early in the second half, scrambling for 39 yards down to the one-yard line on the opening touchdown drive. The scrambles eventually dried up, however, and Trubisky struggled to get anything going down the field. His risky throws caught up to him on an interception near the end of the third quarter, and he was picked again early in the fourth on an underthrown pass. He did find Trey Burton for a touchdown late and connected on the Hail Mary, but this was not a good showing. He will look to rebound next week against the Jets.
