Colts signed TE Mo Alie-Cox, WR Dres Anderson, DT Johnathan Calvin, WR Kolby Listenbee, OLB Arthur Miley, OLB Josh Perry, QB Phillip Walker and OG Isaiah Williams to reserve/future contracts.

A former VCU basketball player, 6-foot-6 Alie-Cox spent the year developing on the practice squad.

Texans activated S Andre Hal from the reserve/PUP list.

It's an impressive recovery after Hal was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma in June. The Texans will likely ease Hal back after missing all of training camp and the last six weeks, but this is an upgrade to their safety rotation. Houston released OLB Daeshon Hall to clear a roster spot.

The Boston Globe's Jim McBride reports Rob Gronkowski (questionable, back/ankle) didn't travel with the team to Chicago.

Gronkowski hasn't been ruled out, but players who don't travel with the team never play. This looks related to the back injury Gronk picked up at Friday's practice. Gronkowski has a history of back issues, so this may be a concern beyond this week. The Patriots have Dwayne Allen and Jacob Hollister behind Gronk.

Melvin Gordon (hamstring) has been downgraded to questionable for Week 7 against the Titans.

Gordon was limited in Friday's practice but the Chargers didn't list him on the injury report. It sounds like his hamstring issue is more than just cramping. Late week downgrades are never good, so this is a legitimate concern. With the Chargers playing in London, we'll know Gordon's status early Sunday.
Oct 20 - 3:42 PM

Calvin Ridley (ankle) wasn't listed on the Week 7 injury report.

The Falcons also removed Mohamed Sanu (hip) from the injury report. Both wideouts were limited in Saturday's practice. It's a best case scenario with Atlanta playing on Monday night. We like Ridley at an upside FLEX against the Giants.
Oct 20 - 3:30 PM

Evan Engram (knee) has been removed from the Week 7 injury report.

This was expected after Engram practiced fully. He was close to playing in Week 6, so he should be close to 100 percent coming off a mini-bye. Engram is in a great spot against a bottom-three Falcons pass defense that gave up touchdowns to O.J. Howard and Cameron Brate last week.
Oct 20 - 2:22 PM

Jets released WR Terrelle Pryor.

Pryor has a tear in his groin that will reportedly keep him out at least two weeks. Rather than keeping him shelved during rehab, the team will release him to make room for another player. It's a shame as Pryor had come on as of late, hauling in 5/57/1 in Week 6 prior to injury. The Jets will move forward with Robby Anderson, Quincy Enunwa (out Sunday), and Jermaine Kearse in 3-WR sets with Charone Peake and Andre Roberts serving as depth. New York will look to re-sign him when healed barring another team not bringing him on first.
Oct 20 - 1:57 PM

Julian Edelman (heel, questionable) is traveling with the Patriots to Chicago.

Like most of New England's skill players, Edelman was listed as 'limited' throughout the week. There's been no indication he'll actually miss the Pats' matchup against the Bears Sunday. Josh Gordon (hamstring) was also listed as questionable but, like Edelman, is fully expected to play.
Oct 20 - 1:38 PM

Mohamed Sanu (hip) is expected to play against the Falcons in Week 7.

Coach Dan Quinn said Sanu (hip), Calvin Ridley (ankle), DE Derrick Shelby, and DT Grady Jarrett are all expected to play Monday night. Sanu hadn't practiced leading up to the weekend but was unable to do enough to gain the confidence of Quinn heading into Monday night. He's considered a WR3 as he'll play away from Janoris Jenkins.
Oct 20 - 1:35 PM

Giants WR Russell Shepard (neck) is questionable for Week 7 against the Falcons.

With Jawill Davis (concussion) and Cody Latimer (hamstring, injured reserve) already ruled out, Giants will likely make a corresponding move even if Shepard suits up. If Shepard is ruled out, WR/KR Quadree Henderson or recent practice squad signee Corey Coleman could get the nod as the team's third wideout behind Odell Beckham and Sterling Shepard.
Oct 20 - 12:39 PM

Calvin Ridley (ankle) participated in his second consecutive practice on Saturday.

It's unknown if Ridley, who was limited on Friday, was a full participant on Saturday. Either way, it's tremendous progress and puts him on pace to play Monday night against the Giants. Teammate Mohamed Sanu (hip) was also seen running routes and participating in drills. Coach Dan Quinn will have a status update on both following the team's practice.

The Miami Herald reports "there is doubt" over Ryan Tannehill's future with the Dolphins.

Tannehill is out at least the next two weeks with his shoulder injury. He'll be back this year, but his status beyond 2018 is far from a lock. Tannehill is a rarely healthy bottom-tier starter that's going to have to take a pay cut from the $26 million he's owed next year to stay in Miami. The Dolphins can save $13.2 million if they move on from Tannehill this offseason.
