The Knicks remain "unlikely to reincorporate" Joakim Noah into the team, according to ESPN.com's Ian Begley and Adrian Wojnarowski.

The report adds assuming general manager Scott Perry continues to be unable to find a trade that includes Noah, the Knicks will use the NBA's waive-and-stretch provision to release Noah sometime after Sep. 1. Noah still has two years and $37.8 million left on his deal, and clearly the Knicks can't find a deal involving the 33-year-old big man.

Klay Thompson scored 27 points (10-of-27 FGs, 3-of-4 FTs) with a season-high nine rebounds, three assists, one steal, and four 3-pointers in 38 minutes against the Kings on Friday.

After failing to make a 3-pointer for the fourth time last game, Thompson knocked down at least four triples for the ninth time. One of his four triples was the go-ahead bucket during the Warriors' 17-2 run to end the game. He's still shooting well below his career average from deep on the season, but he's up to 39% (32-of-82) over his last 10 games.
Dec 15 - 2:07 AM

Steven Adams was a beast vs. the Nuggets on Friday with a season-high tying 26 points, 14 rebounds, two assists, two blocks and one steal in 37 minutes.

He did make a brief trip to the locker room early on, but there's no report of an injury. Adams hit 12-of-20 from the field and was bullying Nikola Jokic at times, but Jokic got the last laugh and had an outstanding offensive game as well. Adams is having the best stretch of his career, averaging 22.3 points, 9.3 rebounds, 1.3 assists, 1.3 steals and 1.0 blocks over his last four games.
Dec 15 - 2:01 AM

Draymond Green scored just two points (1-of-3 FGs), but grabbed 10 rebounds and dished 10 assists in Friday's win against the Kings.

Green added five turnovers and one steal against the Kings. He hasn't scored in double-digits in the three games since returning from injury, but has dished out at least seven assists in each game. He's currently averaging a career-high in turnovers, which is sapping his value just a bit.
Dec 15 - 1:58 AM

Stephen Curry scored 35 points (11-of-23 FGs, 8-of-8 FTs) with seven rebounds, six assists, three steals, and five 3-pointers in 36 minutes against the Kings on Friday.

The three steals mark a new season-high for Curry, who has registered at least one steal in the seven games since returning from injury and in all but four games this season. After scoring just 10 points last time out, he scored 30+ for the fourth time in his last seven games. He's been a top-4 player since returning on Dec. 1.
Dec 15 - 1:51 AM

Marvin Bagley (left knee bone bruise) will be out at least 10-14 days before being re-evaluated.

Bagley took a hard fall going for a rebound in Friday's game against Golden State and left after just five minutes of playing time. The rookie is slated to miss the next two weeks before being re-evaluated, which elevates the opportunity of Nemanja Bjelica, Kosta Koufos, and Justin Jackson.
Dec 15 - 1:46 AM

Kevin Durant scored 33 points (9-of-20 FGs, 11-of-12 FTs) with eight rebounds, eight assists, and four 3-pointers in 37 minutes against the Kings on Friday.

Durant has scored at least 30 points in 13 games this season, which is just under half of his games played. The Warriors ended the game on a 17-2 run, which sealed the win, and KD scored eight of those crucial points. He's been a top-3 player in nine-category leagues this season.
Dec 15 - 1:39 AM

Nikola Jokic went off for 24 points, 15 rebounds, nine assists, three steals, two triples and six turnovers in a 109-98 win over the Thunder on Friday.

That win keeps the Nuggets on top of the standings out West. Jokic had trouble containing Steven Adams (26 points), but it was the same story for the Thunder center as Jokic finished 8-of-16 from the field and 6-of-6 from the line. He's having the best stretch of his season with 24+ points, 11+ rebounds, 6+ assists and 2+ steals in three straight games. He'll get the Raptors on Sunday, a team he dropped a 23-15-11 line on back on Dec. 3.
Dec 15 - 1:32 AM

Trevor Ariza (trade watch) will not play on Saturday vs. the Wolves.

After nearly trading him to the Wizards, the Suns will hold Ariza out on Saturday as they wait for a resolution. He's officially eligible to be traded on this date and the Suns will obviously be looking to make a deal as soon as possible given today's events. Expect to see plenty of Josh Jackson and Mikal Bridges vs. the Wolves.
Dec 15 - 1:08 AM

De'Aaron Fox scored 25 points (9-of-19 FGs, 6-of-6 FTs) with six rebounds, nine assists, two steals, and one 3-pointer in 35 minutes against the Warriors on Friday.

Fox has scored 25+ in three of his last five games and has dished out 6+ assists in 13 of his last 15 games. He's also notched at least one steal in nine straight games. He almost brought the Kings back to beat the Warriors before a late collapse that saw the Champs finish on a 17-2 run. The second-year guard continues to improve and is posting top-35 value in 8-cat leagues over the last month of action.
Dec 15 - 12:55 AM

Pascal Siakam's back is "stiff and sore" following Friday's loss to the Blazers.

Shams Charania of The Athletic added that Siakam is day-to-day and that tests came back clean. He notched 10 points with four rebounds, one assist and two triples in 25 minutes before hitting the deck hard and leaving the game for good, and this leaves his status for Sunday's game vs. Denver up in the air. O.G. Anunoby and C.J. Miles would be candidates to pick up minutes if Siakam can't play, but fantasy owners shouldn't be looking to add either player.
Dec 15 - 12:53 AM

Fred VanVleet scored a season-high 21 points in a start for Kyle Lowry (thigh) on Friday vs. the Blazers, adding eight assists, four rebounds, three triples and four turnovers in 38 minutes.

That's the third highest scoring game of his career and four points shy of his career-high (25). FVV averaged 11.8 points, 6.0 assists, 3.4 rebounds, 1.0 steals and 1.8 triples on 48.9% shooting in five previous starts, so congrats are in order if you picked him up or simply streamed him. He'll definitely be a name to monitor until we know Kyle Lowry's status for Sunday's game vs. Denver.
