Josh Hart's strong Summer League play continued on Tuesday when he hit 8-of-16 shots and four 3-pointers for 27 points, six rebounds, three assists and three steals in a win over the Knicks.

So much for the original plan of him only playing in two games this summer, as he's now up to three and is averaging 23.3 points per game in Vegas, ranking second to only John Collins (24.0 in two games). Hart's Lakers are 3-0 and the No. 1 seed in Vegas and he single-handedly helped the Lakers hold off a late, furious run by the Knicks to seal the win. He also played great defense on rookie Kevin Knox, who did most of his damage (29 points) when Hart was on the bench and the Knicks were blazing back. Hart's had a great run this summer, but he's still going to have a tough time with guys like LeBron James, Lonzo Ball, Rajon Rondo and Lance Stephenson on the roster. Keep an eye on him in the preseason.
Jul 10 - 10:47 PM

Damian Lillard (knee) is expected to play Wednesday against the Lakers.

He was probable to play and has been rehabbing his knee this week. Lillard has been exceptional on the year to lead the Blazers to a 10-3 record, and his fantasy owners have enjoyed his 26.0 points per game with first-round value in standard leagues.
Nov 14 - 7:15 PM

Mikal Bridges will get his first NBA start against the Spurs on Wednesday.

It's a big move for the Suns, who may finally want to see what their rookie can do with extended minutes because of no Trevor Ariza (personal). Bridges has been in the mold of Ariza with threes and steals, and the Suns like his positional flexibility. It's unknown how long Ariza will be out, but owners in competitive leagues will want to see how Bridges fares in the home game.
Nov 14 - 7:09 PM

Trevor Ariza (personal) is not with the team for Wednesday's game against the Spurs.

It's a home game for the Suns, so hopefully everything is OK with Ariza. With him out tonight, there should be a big opportunity for Josh Jackson and Mikal Bridges, so maybe they can earn more time going forward with extra minutes tonight. Ryan Anderson may get the start, but isn't worth using in most formats unless it's a stream.
Nov 14 - 7:04 PM

Ed Davis and Allen Crabbe will start against the Heat on Wednesday.

It makes a lot of sense to start Davis against Hassan Whiteside tonight, so this isn't a surprise. Rondae Hollis-Jefferson should still see some minutes at the five or it could be a night we see some Kenneth Faried. Davis could be looking at his biggest opportunity of the season, but he won't have much fantasy value going forward because Jarrett Allen (illness) should be back this weekend.
Nov 14 - 7:00 PM

Elfrid Payton (ankle) will not play vs. the Wolves on Wednesday.

He was a game-time call for this game, but coach Alvin Gentry said Payton is "really close" and he didn't want to take any chances. Payton's ankle problems occurred in two different games last month and he's been out since Oct. 27, but he should be back soon. Wes Johnson, Darius Miller, E'Twaun Moore and Ian Clark will see a few extra minutes.
Nov 14 - 6:38 PM

John Collins (ankle) is doubtful for Thursday against the Nuggets.

He is getting closer to a season debut. Coach Lloyd Pierce said Collins will have to go through some practice work with the coaching staff, so his response to practice will likely determine his status. Even if he doesn't play Thursday, this means he has to be picked up in all leagues and he could be back for the weekend. Omari Spellman would take a hit upon Collins' return.
Nov 14 - 6:35 PM

Andrew Wiggins (quad) will play Wednesday against the Pelicans.

His quad issue has bothered him for most of this month with two separate stints on the sidelines, but he'll likely be a full go against the up-tempo Pelicans. Wiggins should have more shots going his way with Jimmy Butler out and lower-usage guys like Robert Covington in the mix.
Nov 14 - 6:30 PM

Robert Covington will be in the starting lineup for his Timberwolves debut on Wednesday vs. the Pelicans.

Tom Thibodeau indicated that the new additions would be operating in a "significant role" with the Timberwolves, so RoCo will be thrown straight into the fire, despite not having any practice time. With Covington getting the start, and Dario Saric to see quality minutes in the rotation, Josh Okogie may struggle to find meaningful minutes tonight.
Nov 14 - 6:28 PM

Jeff Teague (left knee) will play vs. New Orleans on Wednesday.

Andrew Wiggins (quad) is also playing and the Wolves will slot Robert Covington into the starting lineup tonight, while Dario Saric comes off the bench. Teague logged 35 minutes on Monday and it doesn't seem like coach Tom Thibodeau is at all concerned about limiting his workload.
Nov 14 - 6:27 PM

Derrick Rose (left knee) will not play Wednesday against the Pelicans.

It's knee soreness for the oft-injured Rose and hopefully he won't miss much time, but it's certainly possible he needs to miss more time after getting ruled out early. The Wolves are going to have Jeff Teague to fill the PG minutes with Tyus Jones, but Josh Okogie should see some minutes on the wing behind Andrew Wiggins and Robert Covington.
Nov 14 - 6:26 PM

Russell Westbrook (ankle) has officially been ruled out for Wednesday's game against the Knicks.

Westbrook was able to participate at shootaround, so he is making progress, but Wednesday will mark his fifth straight game on the sidelines. With Westbrook unavailable, Dennis Schroder will be drawing another start and Paul George will be tasked with the heavy lifting on offense. The Thunder play against on Saturday in Phoenix, and for now, we'll consider Westbrook questionable for that one.
