Trae Young hit seven 3-pointers en route to 24 points, five assists, one rebound, two steals and four turnovers in Tuesday's Summer League win over Chicago.

He got off to a quick start with 11 first quarter points, cooled off for a bit and then delivered a clutch 3-point shot late in the game to seal the win. It wasn't all great though, as Young only hit 7-of-19 shots and is now shooting a combined 23-of-85 (27%) from the field in Summer League. Today was somewhat encouraging, but Young has a long way to go.

JaVale McGee (flu-like symptoms) is probable for Sunday's game against the Wizards.

McGee was a game-time decision on Saturday, but gave it a go and had a monster game. Deploy him as usual on Sunday.
Dec 16 - 1:57 PM

Jimmy Butler (strained groin) is a game-time decision for Sunday's game against the Cavaliers.

Butler has missed the last two games, which have both been losses for the Sixers. If he were to sit, Furkan Korkmaz will likely draw another start. It seems like he's trending towards a return in this one, but be sure to check back before tip-off for confirmation.
Dec 16 - 1:35 PM

Allen Crabbe (knee) will not play Sunday against the Hawks.

Crabbe will miss his second straight game. Rodions Kurucs figures to start again, like he did on Friday. DeMarre Carroll, Joe Harris, and Shabazz Napier will also pick up more minutes with Crabbe out. Hopefully he's back for the team's next game on Tuesday.
Dec 16 - 1:08 PM

Trey Burke (right MCL sprain) will return from a six-game absence on Sunday against the Pacers.

Frank Ntilikina and Lance Thomas are both available, too. Burke will return to action for the first time in two weeks. With Allonzo Trier (hamstring) and Damyean Dotson (shoulder) both out, Burke should step back into his usual role off the bench as the backup point guard. Who knows how much time that will grant him, though, with coach David Fizdale re-working his rotations quite often. It's best to wait and see before adding him off the wire.
Dec 16 - 11:35 AM

Damyean Dotson (sore right shoulder) will not play Sunday against the Pacers.

Dotson will miss his second straight game due to this shoulder ailment. Trey Burke (knee), Frank Ntilikina, and Courtney Lee will pick up more minutes in his absence.
Dec 16 - 11:29 AM

Devin Booker powered the Suns to a 107-99 win over the Timberwolves on Saturday, going 10-of-16 from the field and 5-of-6 from the stripe for 28 points over 36 minutes.

Booker added three 3-pointers, seven rebounds, seven assists and two turnovers while he was out there, and the hamstring was a complete non-issue. He was nearly perfect through the first half of action, netting 13 points on 5-of-6 shooting, and he also had a nice two-man game going with Richaun Holmes. Phoenix has now won back-to-back games for the first time this season, and they're finally fully healthy.
Dec 16 - 12:29 AM

Karl-Anthony Towns posted a 28-point, 12-rebound double-double during Saturday's loss to the Suns, adding one 3-pointer, four assists, two steals and two blocks in 38 minutes.

KAT feasted against the rookie Deandre Ayton through the first half of action, racking up 21 points on 9-of-17 shooting, but he slowed down after halftime, as the Suns started doubling him up and unleashed Richaun Holmes on him. The Wolves went 0-4 on this four-game road trip, and are now sitting on a 13-16 losing record on the season. Jimmy Butler’s words must be echoing in Tom Thibodeau’s head.
Dec 16 - 12:28 AM

Paul George scored 33 points (11-of-19 FG, 6-of-8 FT) with seven rebounds, six assists, one steal, one blocked shot and five 3-pointers in 37 minutes Saturday vs. the Clippers.

George has now scored 30 points or more in three of his last four outings, and he's done so in an efficient manner. Over the last four games he's shooting 57.1% from the field and 57.1% from three (on 4.0 makes per game). By comparison, George is shooting 43.8% from the field and 37.0% from three for the season.
Dec 16 - 12:05 AM

LaMarcus Aldridge scored 29 points (10-of-16 FGs, 9-of-11 FTs) with 12 rebounds, one assist, and one block in 37 minutes against the Bulls on Saturday.

The Spurs lost this one, but Aldridge still had a big night. The double-doubles have slowed down, with this being his first since Nov. 23. However, this was his seventh game with 20+ points since his last double-double. Overall, Aldridge is posting top-35 value in 9-cat leagues over the last two weeks.
Dec 16 - 12:04 AM

Lauri Markkanen scored 23 points (9-of-18 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs) with seven rebounds, one assist, two steals, two blocks, and three 3-pointers in 37 minutes against the Spurs on Saturday.

This was Markkanen's seventh game of the season and just his second with over 30 minutes of playing time. He's struggled from the field, shooting under 40%, but is working his way back into full form. Zach LaVine (ankle) will be out for at least the next few games, which will give Markkanen more opportunity on offense. Stay patient.
Dec 15 - 11:44 PM

Kris Dunn scored 24 points (11-of-19 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs) with seven rebounds, three assists, and two steals in 36 minutes against the Spurs on Saturday.

The Bulls said that Dunn's minutes would be extended if they needed to be, and they were as played a season-high 36 minutes in their much-needed victory. He scored two big buckets late in the fourth to help seal the win without their go-to scorer in Zach LaVine (ankle). LaVine has no definitive timetable for a return, which will give Dunn more opportunities to score. He should be owned in all leagues.
