Marco Belinelli is finalizing a buyout agreement with the Atlanta Hawks, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.com.

No surprise here as the Hawks sat Belinelli out for the last game before the deadline. Belinelli is going to wind up on a contending team and his minutes will likely be dropping. On the other hand, Tyler Dorsey has basically stepped into Belinelli's role and should play in the upper 20s. He's worth a look in deep leagues.

The Rockets and Bruno Caboclo agreed to a deal on Friday, according to Chris Haynes of ESPN.com.

His nickname The Brazilian Kevin Durant hasn't exactly worked out, and he's till not even two years away from being two years away. It's an exhibit 10 deal, so Bruno obviously will have to perform well above expectations at camp to earn a roster spot.

John Collins said he could "maybe drive and kick" and "drive and get to the cup" on offense next season.

He mentioned he can be in spots to read plays, will be shooting 3-pointers, and also mentioned how he wants coach Lloyd Pierce to use him. "Basically, be a mismatch problem and have coach give the confidence and say ‘Yo, whatever the lineup is, whatever the game plans is, we keep John in and involved in the game.’ That’s my goal." Collins is locked in for minutes in the mid 30s and he will have a tremendous opportunity for a breakout season. If he avoids foul trouble, Collins could be set up for early-round value in standard leagues.

Greg Monroe said he's been working on his 3-point shooting and is starting to feel more comfortable from distance.

He talked to coach Nick Nurse and is working to adapt his game to the 2018 pace-and-space style. "Now it's just time to get reps in game situations," Monroe said. He hasn't made a single 3-pointer in his entire career, which is pretty impressive for a guy who has logged 589 games in the regular season. The big man was decent on his long twos in a small sample last year, making 8-of-17 from 16-24 feet. We're not expecting him to make an impact from deep this season.

Scottsdale police confirmed they are investigating an incident involving James Harden at an Arizona nightclub.

According to a report by TMZ, "an unidentified woman said she was at The Mint nightclub in Scottsdale when a member of Harden's entourage got into a fight. The woman said she was recording the scuffle when Harden walked up and grabbed her wrist and phone before throwing her phone onto a roof so she couldn't sell the video footage." Scottsdale police spokesman Officer Kevin Watts said the incident occurred at around 2:30 a.m. Saturday. He added that it was "far too early in the investigation" to confirm what Harden's involvement in the incident was.

According to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, the Rockets are expected to bring Carmelo Anthony off the bench this season.

Wojnarowski reported earlier this morning that Melo will be signing a one-year, $2.4M deal and he put pen to paper on Monday afternoon. Carmelo was adamant about starting in OKC, so it'll be interesting to see if he embraces his new role in Houston. The Rockets led the league in uncontested 3-pointers in 2017-18 and Melo hit 37.3 percent of his catch-and-shoot triples, so it's definitely possible that this move works out for him.

Michael Porter Jr. (back surgery) said he's pain-free and "hoping to be back for the beginning of the year."

It's great to hear that his recovery is going well, but this seems overly optimistic. Porter Jr. also conceded that his rehab has been "very conservative ... [the Nuggets] are really taking it easy with me." Denver has lofty postseason aspirations and will play it extremely safe with their lottery pick's surgically-repaired back, so we're still not expecting Porter Jr. to be worth the risk in re-draft leagues.

The Cavaliers and Isaiah Taylor have agreed to a one-year deal, according to Shams Charania of Yahoo! Sports.

The Hawks waived him at the end of June, and he actually moves to a team with less competition. Taylor still has to make the roster and there's no word of guarantees on his deal just yet.

Jon Leuer underwent right knee surgery on Thursday due to an injury that occurred during an offseason workout earlier in the week.

Poor kid can't catch a break. 2017-18 was a nightmare for Leuer, as he missed all but eight games due to a variety of injuries, including season-ending ankle surgery in January. It's currently unknown if Leuer will be ready for training camp next month, but he is no longer on the fantasy radar.

Rondae Hollis-Jefferson has been diagnosed with a left adductor strain.

Adductor strains typically impact the hip and thigh, and we should have more specifics soon -- RHJ injured himself during a recent exhibition game in China. He will begin rehab "immediately" and the Nets haven't provided a timetable for his return. They'll take every precaution with him, but for now we'll tentatively expect him to be ready for training camp.

The Knicks remain "unlikely to reincorporate" Joakim Noah into the team, according to ESPN.com's Ian Begley and Adrian Wojnarowski.

The report adds assuming general manager Scott Perry continues to be unable to find a trade that includes Noah, the Knicks will use the NBA's waive-and-stretch provision to release Noah sometime after Sep. 1. Noah still has two years and $37.8 million left on his deal, and clearly the Knicks can't find a deal involving the 33-year-old big man.

Rajon Rondo said he would accept a reserve role with the Lakers this upcoming season.

"Whatever they ask me, you know, my main objective is to win," Rondo said. "I'm ready to help develop Lonzo [Ball] as much as possible. If I'm not starting and he's starting, he's going to be ready to go and ready for anybody that comes his way. And we'll be ready to roll." Rondo will be competing for the starting spot at camp, but it sounds like he'll be fine with whatever plays out. Unfortunately, the addition of Rondo could spell a value-killing, timeshare situation in fantasy hoops.
