Jimmy Butler scored seven of his 35 points in overtime on Wednesday, finishing 14-of-21 from the field with six assists, five rebounds, four 3-pointers and two steals in 46 minutes.

Butler also expended himself defending LeBron James throughout the game, which made his offensive exploits even more impressive. He missed four games in January due to knee soreness, but the Wolves obviously aren't trying to limit him -- in the six games since his return, he's averaging an astounding 38.7 minutes. As long as he stays healthy, he's locked in as an early-round value in nearly any format.

Damian Lillard (right hand strain) is questionable to play on Wednesday against the Cavs.

While Lillard tends to push through his various ailments, the Blazers may want to play it safe here with a matchup against the worst team in the league. If he is forced to the sidelines, there will be more minutes for Seth Curry, Wade Baldwin and Nik Stauskas, while C.J. McCollum and Jusuf Nurkic would be tasked with the heavy lifting on offense. Check back closer to tip-off for official confirmation on his status.
Jan 16 - 2:53 PM

Rudy Gay (wrist) and Marco Belinelli (knee) will play on Wednesday against the Mavericks.

Both Gay and Belinelli looked good at shootaround, and with these guys back in the lineup, we'd expect fewer minutes for Jakob Poeltl, Dante Cunningham, Quincy Pondexter and Davis Bertans. Gay has missed the past five games, but there's been no word on a minutes limit, so owners should feel confident deploying him.

Tim Hardaway Jr. (sore left hamstring) is being listed as questionable for Thursday's game against the Wizards.

THJ has had a full four days to rest his hamstring injury, although traveling to London probably wasn't the easiest flight for him. We'll have a better idea on his status following Thursday's shootaround, but if he's out again, Damyean Dotson would be in line for another start with Emmanual Mudiay and Kevin Knox being tasked with the heavy lifting on offense.
Jan 16 - 1:56 PM

Mo Bamba (sore left foot) is being listed as questionable for Wednesday's game against the Pistons.

Head coach Steve Clifford said on Tuesday that he wasn't expecting Bamba to play today, but it's worth noting that Bamba got in some post-practice work at shootaround. He's trending towards a game-time call, but if he's out again, Khem Birch should continue to see minutes in the teens operating as Nikola Vucevic's backup. Stay tuned.
Jan 16 - 1:48 PM

Kyrie Irving (quad) is good to go for Wednesday's game against the Raptors.

Irving didn't play on Monday with a minor quad issue, but he'll be back in action tonight for a matchup against the No. 1 team out East. With Irving back in the lineup, Terry Rozier will return to the second unit, and his value will take a fairly large hit.
Jan 16 - 1:12 PM

Aron Baynes (hand) and Marcus Smart (illness) are expected to play on Wednesday against the Raptors.

With these two back in action, Jaylen Brown will likely return to the second unit and there will be fewer minutes available for Daniel Theis and Robert Williams. Brad Stevens wouldn't say if Baynes would be dealing with a minutes limit, but he typically only logs minutes in the teens anyway.
Jan 16 - 1:01 PM

The Grizzlies may consider trading Marc Gasol this season, according to sources of Marc Stein of the New York Times.

Gasol has a player option worth roughly $25 million for the 2019-20 season, and while it's unlikely the 34-year-old could fetch that sort of money on the open market as a free agent, he could potentially earn a better long-term deal this summer than he could as a 35-year-old in 2020. If the losses continue to pile up in Memphis, they may consider moving Gasol, rather than risk losing him for nothing as a free agent this summer.
Jan 16 - 11:18 AM

Fred VanVleet (thigh, hip) is a go for Wednesday's game in Boston.

He'll be back in action following a one-game absence, which will result in fewer minutes for Delon Wright. With Kawhi Leonard and Kyle Lowry healthy again, FVV will be working with the second unit, but he could be back in the starting five on Thursday if Leonard gets hit with a rest day.
Jan 16 - 11:07 AM

Kawhi Leonard said he felt good after logging 45 minutes during Sunday's double-overtime game and that he will play on Wednesday against the Celtics.

Leonard said he'd be open to playing both games of this upcoming back-to-back set, but Nick Nurse said a decision won't be made until after Wednesday's game. The Raptors have toyed with the idea of clearing Leonard for back-to-backs multiple times this season, but to this point, it just hasn't happened; and it's not like they'll need him for a game against the 11-34 Suns. He's safe to activate for today's game, though.
Jan 16 - 11:05 AM

There's some hope that Eric Gordon (knee) will be able to return to the court for Wednesday's game against the Nets, according to sources of Shams Charania.

Gordon is officially being listed as questionable, and we'll have a better idea on his status following shootaround, but it appears there's a chance he'll make it back to the court following an eight-game absence tonight. He'll likely start if he's cleared, which would translate to fewer minutes for Austin Rivers and Gerald Green. Stay tuned.
Jan 16 - 11:01 AM

Mitchell Robinson (groin) is being listed as questionable for Thursday's game against the Wizards.

The Knicks have been hinting for a while now that Robinson could make it back to the court for their London game, so maybe he'll be able to get back out there after a month-long absence. Robinson has flashed his upside a few times this season, and with 1.8 swats per game, he has some value as a shot-blocking specialist in deep leagues. He'll likely be brought along slowly, but Luke Kornet will likely drop out of the rotation once he's fully up to speed.
