Enes Kanter (mouth) will not play against the Raptors on Thursday.

Well, the Knicks are going to be in deep trouble up front with no Kanter and Kristaps Porzingis. Assuming Kyle O'Quinn isn't traded, he should be looking at minutes, but it's certainly possible he is gone before 3:00 tomorrow. Either way, we're probably going to get a look at Isaiah Hicks and Luke Kornet tomorrow. Just keep an eye on them in deep leagues.

David Nwaba will replace Larry Nance in the starting lineup for Wednesday's game against the Lakers.

Nwaba is getting the tall task of guarding LeBron James, so we wouldn't expect much from him, as he'll spend most of his energy chasing around The King. Maybe he's worth a punt play in DFS, but that's about it. Nance has too inconsistent to trust in most settings.
Nov 21 - 11:31 AM

Willy Hernangomez (ankle) has been ruled out for Wednesday's game against the Pacers.

Hernangomez wasn't even able to participate at shootaround, so it's not surprising at all to see him hit the sidelines, and he might not play on Friday in OKC either. Frank Kaminsky or Bismack Biyombo could get into the rotation with Willy out, but that doesn't mean much in fantasy hoops.
Nov 21 - 11:08 AM

Kevin Love (toe) said he doesn't anticipate getting back to the court until January.

"There's just no telling at this time with the weight-bearing injury what it is going to be like moving forward," said Love, "but I expect to be back sometime after the new year." Larry Nance hasn't really benefited like we initially expected with Love on the sidelines, but Tristan Thompson has had a handful of nice games, although he doesn't offer much upside. Love will take his time getting back, so he's a tough guy to stash in leagues that don't offer an IR-spot.

Hassan Whiteside dominated the Nets for 21 points, 23 boards, one steal and two blocks in 32 minutes on Tuesday.

Opposing centers have been feasting against the Nets for years and tonight was no different. Whiteside looks motivated this season and Kelly Olynyk (DNP-CD) is losing favor with coach Erik Spoelstra (it was the opposite in 2017-18), so he really just needs to stay healthy in order to crush his ADP. Whiteside should feast in another favorable matchup vs. Chicago on Friday.
Nov 20 - 10:47 PM

Tim Hardaway Jr. scored 32 points on Tuesday night, his third consecutive 30-plus point game.

THJ added five boards, four assists, one steal and three treys, going 10-of-21 from the field and 9-of-9 from the line. You'll have to stomach some shaky shooting (he came into this game shooting a high-volume 40.6 percent in November), but that's the only major drawback for Hardaway Jr., who has remained steady through all the turmoil in the Knicks rotation. THJ has now hit for 30, 32 and 32 points in his last three games.
Nov 20 - 10:45 PM

Trey Burke stayed hot on Tuesday, scoring 19 points with three rebounds, three assists and three treys in 26 minutes off the bench.

Burke shot 8-of-15 in this one, and is worth a long look if you need a short-term boost. He is now averaging 24.7 points, 2.0 assists, 1.0 steals and 1.7 treys over his last three games, shooting a wildly unsustainable 60.4 percent from the floor during the hot streak.
Nov 20 - 10:39 PM

Kelly Olynyk picked up his first DNP-CD of the season on Tuesday vs. the Nets.

When asked after the game, coach Erik Spoelstra said Olynyk didn't play because of the return of James Johnson. JJ didn't exactly light it up tonight and it's possible that the rotation is fluid since coach Spo likes to play the matchups, but it's safe for most fantasy owners to ignore Olynyk for the time being.
Nov 20 - 10:37 PM

D'Angelo Russell posted a monster line vs. the Heat on Tuesday with 20 points, nine rebounds, six assists, four steals, one block, two triples and three turnovers in 32 minutes.

He was 9-of-22 from the field and set season-highs in rebounds and steals, and this was his second game in a row with a block. Russell has elevated his game over the last five since Caris LeVert (leg) went down, averaging 21.8 points, 6.6 assists, 4.0 rebounds, 2.2 steals and 3.4 triples on 44.7% shooting in that span. Consistency and durability are the two keys to his success going forward.
Nov 20 - 10:23 PM

C.J. McCollum scored 31 points with five 3-pointers in a win over the Knicks on Tuesday.

McCollum shot 13-of-23 in this one, and is shooting better than 50 percent from the field in November after hitting just 41.0 percent from the field in October. McCollum now has a 40-point game, two 23-point games, a 25-point night and this 31-point showing -- all in his last seven games.
Nov 20 - 10:23 PM

Jeff Green scored a season-high 20 points vs. the Clippers on Tuesday with seven rebounds, three assists, one block, one steal and three triples in 26 minutes.

Dwight Howard (back) sat this one out and could miss additional time, while Kelly Oubre picked up five fouls in just 12 minutes. Green has had a steady role off the bench all season, but his production has been all over the place with three straight games of single digits before this outburst. He's still worth a look in the short term as long as Howard is out, as Washington should use more small-ball lineups.
Nov 20 - 10:16 PM

Tobias Harris scored a season-high 29 points with nine rebounds and four 3-pointers in Tuesday's loss to the Wizards.

Harris has now scored 27, 24 and 29 points in his last three games, with a total of 10 treys. The 26-year-old has been tremendously consistent so far this season, and it has put him near the top-25 in 9-category leagues with no signs of slowing down. Harris looks like he's well on his way to a career year.
