Alex Labbé, the current NASCAR Pinty’s Series Champion will be competing full-time in the NASCAR XFINITY Series, at the wheel of the Kappa-Cyclops Gear-Wholey Seafood No. 36 Chevrolet from the AM Prime Racing Team.

AM Prime Racing, a new team, has been created by Alain Mounir to support Alex Labbé as he tackles his rookie season in the XFINITY Series. Mounir is also the owner of GoFAS Racing, the team that took Alex Labbé to the 2017 driver championship in the NASCAR Pinty’s Series. Veteran Crew Chief Mario Gosselin will direct team operations. His experience as a two-time Championship-winning Crew Chief in the NASCAR Pinty’s Series will add the expertise necessary to produce the best possible results from of the team, the equipment and rookie XFINITY driver Alex Labbé.

Chase Elliott inherited the lead from Kevin Harvick midway toward the end of Stage 3. He held off a determined Kyle Busch and Kyle Larson to score his third career win and his second during Stage 2.

Elliott adds five bonus points to his total and he is going to need that to get out of Round 3 of the playoffs and to Homestead with a shot at the championship. Elliott will now have the fourth-most bonus points among the Top 8.

Kevin Harvick took the lead after a mid-stage pit stop and held the lead until the end of Stage 2.

Not that he needed it, but Harvick adds one more bonus point to his total. With his second-place finish in Stage 1, he had already clinched his advancement.

Joey Logano won the first stage of the Hollywood Casino 400 after taking the lead from his teammate Ryan Blaney with less than 10 laps remaining.

Logano added 10 race points to his total and that will help him advance to Round 3. If he gets there, he also has one more bonus point for a total of 15.

William Byron had catastrophic engine failure on Lap 57 of the Hollywood Casino 400 at Kansas Speedway.

This is the second Hendrick Motorsports engine to expire. Jamie McMurray blew in practice. Keep a close eye on the other HMS drivers and Kyle Larson and if you have a solid option from your NASCASSR Fantasy Live garage, consider making a change.

Alex Bowman scrapped the wall hard on Lap 25 of the Hollywood Casino 400 at Kansas Speedway.

He did not do enough damage to force a pit stop, but Bowman's desperation in trying to make Round 3 of the playoffs makes him a risky proposition.

Daniel Suarez tagged the wall hard on Lap 1 of the Hollywood Casino 400 at Kansas Speedway and lost two laps making repairs.

Suarez qualified in the top 10 and was one of our favorites among non-playoff contenders. If he was one of yours as well, remove him from the NASCAR Fantasy Live roster.

Leilani Munter (No. 20 Toyota) finished 14th in Friday night's ARCA Racing Series season-ending Kansas ARCA 150 at Kansas Speedway in Kansas City.

She started 19th in the lineup and completed 98 laps of the 100-lap race. Munter competed in eight of the 20 ARCA races so this year and closed out the season 21st in the 2018 driver championship standings after this event.

NASCAR K&N Pro Series East regular Anthony Alfredo, driving the Matthew Miller No. 40 Toyota, was credited with a 15th place DNF in Friday night's ARCA Racing Series season-ending Kansas ARCA 150 at Kansas Speedway in Kansas City.

He started 11th on the grid and completed 97 laps of the 100-lap race before exiting the event (Engine). This was only the second ARCA race entered by Alfredo. He closed out the K&N East season ranked fifth in that series' driver championship standings.

Drew Herring (No. 19 Toyota), who was making his first ARCA Racing Series start in nine years, finished eighth in Friday night's season-ending Kansas ARCA 150 at Kansas Speedway in Kansas City.

He started on the pole, led a race-high 40 laps and completed all laps of the 100-lap event.

Joey Gase (No. 35 Chevrolet) finished 15th in Saturday's NASCAR XFINITY Series (NXS) Kansas Lottery 300 at Kansas Speedway in Kansas City.

He started 20th in the lineup and completed 195 laps of the 200 laps run. Gase entered all 30 NXS races run so far this season and is ranked 19th in the 2018 driver point standings after this event.

Michael Annett (No. 5 Chevrolet) was credited with a 40th place DNF in Saturday's NASCAR XFINITY Series Kansas Lottery 300 at Kansas Speedway in Kansas City.

He started 15th on the grid. He was caught up in a multi-car wreck triggered by Justin Allgaier getting into Christian Bell on the first lap. Annett actually never completed the entire first lap and was done for the day. He is currently 13th in the 2018 driver standings after this event.
