Unrestricted free agent to be Brian Campbell, will undergo an MRI on his knee and shoulder.
It was a tough couple of playoff rounds for the Sharks. Campbell was one of many who were injured.

Joe Thornton will undergo an MRI on his right knee.
Thornton injured his knee in the Sharks final game against Dallas on Sunday, a game that went four overtime periods. Should there be anything wrong with the knee, Thornton will have all summer to recuperate.

Setoguchi will also undergo surgery for a sports hernia. He should return for the start of training camp. Setoguchi is highly regarded and should be a top-six forward next season for the Red Wings.

Franzen tied the Detroit record for most consecutive playoff games scoring a goal. He tied the record of Red Wings greats Gordie Howe and Ted Lindsay. Franzen has had an unbelievable playoff run and will get a chance at the record on Saturday when Detroit takes on Dallas for Game 2.
