Tony Temple
-RB-
Tigers
Jan. 29 - 8:13 pm et
Mizzou RB Tony Temple dropped his bid for another year of eligibility from the NCAA and will enter the 2008 NFL Draft.
"It's time to move on and focus on doing what I need to do to make a positive impression for the next level," he said in a school-released statement. Temple played in only one game as a true freshman before injuring his Achilles' in 2004, but was not granted a redshirt for that year. The 5'9/200-pound scatback does not project to be a high pick in April's draft.
Darren McFadden
-RB-
Razorbacks
Jan. 10 - 12:40 pm et
Arkansas RB Darren McFadden was handcuffed by police at a piano bar Thursday after being involved in a "pretty rowdy scene."
Uh...a piano bar? A disturbance broke out shortly after midnight at the bar and had spilled into the street. The Heisman runner-up and All American was not charged with a crime and released after merely being cuffed for a few minutes because police felt he was getting "rowdy." If McFadden declares for the NFL Draft, this shouldn't adversely affect him.
T.J. Williams
-WR-
Spartans
Jan. 7 - 7:45 pm et
Michigan State wide receiver/defensive back T.J Williams will not return to the Spartans next season.
The talented Williams had off-the-field issues that impacted his 2007 season.

Jermichael Finley
-TE-
Longhorns
Jan. 7 - 4:15 pm et
Tight end Jermichael Finley will forgo his senior year and enter the 2008 NFL draft.
Finley had previously said he would return to the Longhorns. But apparently a 4th round grade was too much to pass up. At 6'5", Finely is a big athletic receiving target that NFL teams look for. Finely finished the year with 45 receptions, 575 yards receiving and two touchdowns.

Tyler Graunke
-QB-
Warriors
Jan. 7 - 1:06 pm et
The AP is reporting that June Jones has accepted the job as the next SMU head football coach.
The fantasy value of Tyler Graunke and any other remaining Hawaii football players just took a major blow. Graunke was projected as the heir apparent at quarterback to June Jones Run N' Shoot offense.

Aqib Talib
-CB-
Jayhawks
Jan. 7 - 10:36 am et
Jayhawk Cornerback Aqib Talib will forgo his senior year and enter the 2008 NFL draft.
Talib will be one of the top corners in the draft and likely a 1st or high 2nd round pick. Talib was a main reason Kansas beat Virginia Tech in the Orange Bowl. He intercepted a pass and returned it for a score. He was also instrumental on another Kansas interception, blanketing the receiver on his side of the ball allowing the safety to roll over and make a play.
Kevin Smith
-RB-
Golden Knights
Jan. 6 - 10:29 pm et
Central Florida running back Kevin Smith has changed his mind and will forgo his senior season and enter the 2008 NFL draft.
Smith had previously announced that he would stay for his senior year. Smith was the nation's leading rusher with 2567 yards rushing.
