Take a look at a bunch of fantasy hoops sleeper picks as the month of July winds down during "Project Euro-Defection" in the NBA.

 Andris Biedrins-F/C-WarriorsJul. 24 - 10:11 pm et
The Contra Costa Times' Marcus Thompson reports that several european teams are interested in Warriors center Andris Biedrins, and are said to be in hot pursuit of the unsigned big man.
Russian teams are said to be willing to offer Biedrins, a native of Latvia, somewhere in the neighborhood of three- to five-year deals worth about $10 million per season. And Thompson speculates that the best offer the Warriors will throw out there might be six years and $48 million. It's possible the exodus of Josh Childress from the NBA might get the Warriors to up the ante, but it's also possible that Biedrins could continue the trend of solid NBA players bolting for Europe. And if it happens, Ronny Turiaf, Al Harrington or Kosta Perovic might be starting in the middle for Don Nelson.

 Monta Ellis-G-WarriorsJul. 24 - 9:26 pm et
The Warriors signed free agent guard Monta Ellis on Thursday.
The deal is reportedly for six years and $66 million according to an NBA insider. He's now the highest paid Warrior and is expected to start at point guard. However, there's a chance that Marcus Williams could end up with the job, moving Ellis to his natural position of shooting guard.

 Chris Andersen-F/C-NuggetsJul. 24 - 9:23 pm et
The Nuggets signed forward Chris Andersen to a contract on Thursday.
Andersen started his NBA career in Denver and will help replace Marcus Camby. He spent three years with the Hornets, playing sparingly last season after returning from a league-imposed ban for violation of the drug policy. He could get some run in Denver, but isn't likely to offer much fantasy value.
 Anthony Roberson-G-KnicksJul. 24 - 6:00 pm et
The New York Knicks signed free agent guard Anthony Roberson on Thursday.
Terms of the pact were not disclosed, although the New York Post reports it is a two-year deal with the first year at league minimum for a third-year player ($790,000) with the second year yet to be determined. This could signal the end of Stephon Marbury's time in New York, as the Knicks now have 16 players under contract, one above the league maximum. Stay tuned.

 Richard Hendrix-F-WarriorsJul. 24 - 4:53 pm et
The Warriors signed rookie forward Richard Hendrix on Thursday.
Terms were not disclosed and Hendrix, who was taken with the 49th pick out of Alabama, shouldn't make much noise for the Warriors this year.
 Kelenna Azubuike-G/F-WarriorsJul. 24 - 4:51 pm et
Kelenna Azubuike will return to the Warriors after the team matched the Clippers' three-year, $9 million contract offer for the shooting guard on Thursday.
Azubuike averaged 8.1 points and 4.0 rebounds in 81 games last season and will be a key reserve for Don Nelson's team. But he may struggle to put up consistent production, and is likely a guy that will bounce from team to team off the waiver wire in fantasy leagues this season.

 Jorge Garbajosa-F/C-RaptorsJul. 24 - 3:14 pm et
Russian franchise Khimki BC has signed former Raptors forward Jorge Garbajosa two a two-year contract.
The Raptors and Garbajosa parted ways after more than a year of bickering about insurance, an injury he suffered with Spain's national team and then aggravated with the Raptors. He may never be at full strength again and isn't a likely candidate to return to the NBA. He'll be teammates with Carlos Delfino.
